A black, long evening dress is a symbol of timeless elegance. It attracts attention with its sophisticated simplicity and richly decorated lace used to finish the front and back necklines. This couture dress is made of high-quality thick silk crepe, which looks stunning when in motion, adding lightness and a certain ethereal quality despite its black colour. The lace was ordered from a renowned French manufacturer. During the realisation of this project, we put a lot of work into finishing the dress by hand, thanks to which the lace is free of factory finishes – threads that protect against fraying. A high-placed, overlaid fly in the centre of the back adds sensuality and freedom, while emphasising the elegant character of the creation. Thanks to its silk lining, the dress ensures maximum comfort, and its refined character is evident in every detail. This evening dress is the perfect choice for special occasions, combining the highest quality materials and perfect workmanship. Ideal for black-tie events, galas and formal weddings.
The silk dress with french lace – like all other Monika Adamska designs – was made in Poland. The fabrics selected for its production come from Italian factories and, in the case of both crepe and satin, are exclusively natural silk fibres. The French lace used in the design comes from a renowned manufacturer. This ensures that we have taken every care to ensure that there are no harmful dyes, to support local economies, to reduce transport and to respect workers' rights. This is as important to us as the quality of the finish and the refinement of the cut.
The model presenting the dress in size 34 is 171 cm tall, with a bust circumference of 78 cm, a waist circumference of 59 cm and a hip circumference of 88.5 cm.
